Welcome to We Print It. By accessing our website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Products (Inert Replicas)

All items sold as "Prop Rifles," "Launchers," or "Weapons" are strictly inert, non-functional replicas.

  • They cannot fire, chamber, or be converted to fire live ammunition.

  • They are intended solely for display, cosplay, and theatrical use.

  • Safety Warning: Modifying these props to look more realistic or removing the permanent blaze-orange safety tip is done at the user's own risk and may be illegal in your jurisdiction.

2. 3D Printing Characteristics

Our products are manufactured using additive manufacturing (3D printing).

  • Surface Texture: Minor layer lines, support marks, and slight surface imperfections are a natural part of the 3D printing process and are not considered defects.

  • Material Limits: Unless otherwise stated, our products are made from thermoplastics (like PLA+). They should not be exposed to extreme heat (e.g., left in a hot car), as they may warp.

3. Custom Orders & Design Services

  • Approval: For bespoke designs, production begins only after the customer approves the digital render or project scope.

  • Intellectual Property: By providing a file for us to print, you represent that you own the rights to that design or have permission to use it. We Print It reserves the right to refuse any order that violates copyright or safety standards.

4. User Responsibility & Local Laws

It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the possession and use of prop replicas comply with their local, state, and federal laws. We Print It is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from the purchase or public display of our products.

5. Limitation of Liability

We Print It shall not be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the misuse of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, using props in a threatening manner or using functional/household items beyond their intended weight or heat limits.

6. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or refuse service to anyone at any time without notice.
