Thank you for choosing We Print It! Because each of our items is custom-fabricated, engineered, or printed to order, we prioritize quality and structural integrity over speed. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Production & Lead Times

Unlike traditional "big box" retail, we do not ship items off a shelf. Every product undergoes a rigorous printing, cleaning, and inspection process to ensure it meets our standards.

  • Standard Production Lead Time: Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be manufactured and inspected before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

  • Custom Builds & Prototyping: For complex commissions, large-scale props (like 1:1 rifles), or custom design services, lead times may extend beyond 10 days. We will communicate any specific timelines during the quoting process.

  • Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Domestic (USA): Once your order has cleared our 7–10 day production window, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location.

  • International: We ship worldwide. Any import duties, custom fees, or VAT are the sole responsibility of the customer.

3. Tracking Your Order

As soon as your item has finished printing and a shipping label is created, you will receive an automated email notification with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status.

4. Damaged in Transit

We take great care in packing our 3D prints—especially delicate figures and large props—to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Save all packaging materials and the damaged item.

  • Contact us immediately at printsbyeap77@gmail.com.

  • Please include your Order Number and clear photos of both the box and the damaged product so we can arrange a replacement or file a claim.

5. Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change the destination once the shipping label has been generated. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional re-shipping costs.
