Return & Refund Policy

At We Print It, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our 3D-printed props, gear, and figures. Because most of our items are made-to-order or custom-commissioned, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • Non-Returnable: Personalized items, custom designs, and items printed in specific custom colors or scales are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel a custom order within 24 hours of purchase. Once the printing process has begun, we cannot offer a full refund due to material and machine time already invested.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives broken or with a significant printing defect (e.g., severe layer separation or missing parts):

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the damage and the shipping packaging.

  • We will, at our discretion, either ship a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund.

3. Standard Catalog Items

For non-custom items (standard props or figures kept in stock):

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to large items (like 1:1 scale helmets or rifles) to cover quality inspection and repackaging.

4. Exclusions

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Minor Aesthetic Variances: 3D printing is an additive process; minor surface textures, support marks, or slight color variations are normal and not considered defects.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: Please review all sizing and scale information carefully before ordering.

  • Safety Tip Removal: Any modification to the permanent orange safety tip on prop firearms voids all warranties and return eligibility.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
